Outdoor strenght training gyms
A new outdoor training culture.
The pavilions supplement each other and an optimal workout is obtained by performing exercises in three pavilions. We recommend a cluster of three pavilions to be set up at the same site.
A new outdoor fitness culture! Exercises that can be linked with running, cycling and hiking. Fitness exercises with both a dynamic and static muscular impact. Performed individually or in groups. Exercising is for everyone – it is fun, healthy and simple. The MiniTraining- Pavilion’s equipment is roofed. The sculptural expression is unified with functionality and sturdiness. A solid basic structure and sturdy equipment ensure great durability and resistance to vandalism. It is solid and physically pleasant to use. The roof shelters the user not only from the rain but also from the harmful rays of the sun. Each pavilion has a set of equipment combining exercises for arms, legs and the body.
Each piece of equipment is accompanied by simple, easy-to-understand instructional drawings. Three exercises are selected for each piece of equipment.
Although the pavilions were developed for adults, each pavilion has type approval based on EN 1176-1-6 and EN 1177/A1 (playground safety).
The pavilions are designed to withstand the seasonal effects of rain, sleet and wind. They are very sturdy and safeguarded against vandalism. The load-bearing parts are made of galvanized steel. They are roofed by a strong rip-stop polyester membrane. All contact surfaces are in European oak.
Roof diameter: 385 cm

1. BALANCING DISC:
A solid oak disc mounted on springs: Training of balance and coordination and for strengthening the muscles around the knees, feet and ankles.
2. SIT-UPS STATION:
Muscles are trained while resting on solid oaken boards. The footrest is adjustable. Strengthening the stomach and back muscles prevents back problems.
3. WALL BAR:
A versatile unit with many exercise possibilities: Strengthens hip and stomach muscles. Pull-ups and swinging from bar to bar across the “overhang” – heavy impact on arms and shoulders. Stretching exercises and more.
Two multilevel steps used for training “stairway muscles”, i.e. buttocks, thighs and calves. The steps comply with the renowned “step test”.
2 BACK EXTENSION:
Upper and lower back muscles are exercised while lying on oak boards. An adjustable footrest ensures that the unit can be used by short and tall people alike.
Twisting exercises on the rotating seat are performed with a good grip. An adjustable brake is built in so the twisting is done with the proper resistance.
Hanging, swinging and twisting from the rotating trapeze trains the hip region and challenges the user’s coordination plus stretches the shoulders and body.
1 MASSAGE ROLLER:
While leaning against the rollers it is possible to do knee bends and at the same time massaging the back. Tight calf and thigh muscles can also be loosened up.
2 PARALLEL LIFTING BARS:
Hidden gas pumps provide resistance in the parallel bars. The oak bars can among others be lifted or used for push-up exercises.
Standing on the cart you swing from side to side. The Swinger has been adjusted to the European market. The movements are slightly damped by hidden rubberstops. In Scandinavia the standard equipment is a “Skisurfer”.
4 THE WHEEL:
By gripping the spherical handle, the user can train “throwing movements”. Or the wheel can be turned using both hands. The desired resistance can be adjusted using a built-in brake.
